Americare Home Health and Hospice Services is a privately owned, certified home-health and hospice provider serving in the state of Indiana since 1985. We are currently serving in the surroundings of Indianapolis and Franklin.

The agency provides high quality services in a caring and compassionate manner to patients in need throughout the service area, while assuring a safe and caring work environment for each employee.

The employees selected to represent the agency are carefully screened and possess the highest skills and training in their field. Each employee is dedicated to serving the needs of the patients in a professional manner. Care is given to match the patient with the most appropriate staff member in order to achieve the greatest progress towards independence. A Registered Nurse is available on-call 24 hours per day to answer questions and offer support to patients and their caregivers.

In keeping with our mission, each patient is assessed by a Registered Nurse and care is provided based on the needs found in collaboration with the patient's doctor. Services available through Americare Home Health Services include skilled nursing, including intravenous therapy, home-health aides, physical, occupational and speech therapies, and medical social workers. Other services available include pre-operative teaching, home safety evaluations, medication management and assistance with activities of daily living.
